Description

You will lead a team of Project Managers and own end-to-end delivery for multiple client engagements.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery accountability for projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budget, and quality standards.
• Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to understand requirements and manage execution.
• Drive adoption of best practices in project management and agile methodologies.
• Identify risks and dependencies, implementing effective mitigation strategies.
• Monitor delivery performance using metrics and report progress to senior leadership.

Required Skills

• 10–15 years of experience in software project delivery, with 4–5 years in a leadership role.
• Experience managing large-scale, complex software development projects.
• Proficiency in Agile, Scrum, and Kanban methodologies.
• Understanding of modern software practices, DevOps, and cloud technologies.
• Experience with budgeting, resource management, and financial tracking for projects.
• Strong customer engagement and stakeholder management skills.
• Familiarity with SDLC methodologies.
• Knowledge of Java, Python, or .NET.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 2+ years tenure in previous roles.
