Description

You will manage the execution of Real Estate IT projects, defining scope, budget, and resource allocation while driving technical teams through critical path requirements.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Execute Real Estate IT projects by collaborating with Network, Security, site support, UCs, and network vendors.
• Apply project management disciplines to define scope, requirements, budget, and resource allocation for complex programs.
• Maintain project budgets and resource levels while managing multiple deliverables and communicating program vision.
• Utilize Agile and Waterfall methodologies to drive technical and functional teams toward critical path requirements.
• Identify risks, manage changes, and communicate project health to senior leadership.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of IT experience.
• 5+ years successfully leading and managing diverse projects and programs.
• Experience in GIS for Real Estate projects, including Network, Security/Firewall, and MS Teams setup.
• Technical experience with SDLC, Agile, and Scrum methodology.
• Proficiency with MS Project, O365, Visio, Excel, PowerPoint, Smartsheet, and Jira.
• Strong cross-group collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to document requirements and perform business analysis for key business stakeholders.

Preferred Skills

• Project Management Certification (PMP).
