Description

Master’s degree in business, engineering or operations management, or a related field.

Strong program/project management experience with a demonstrated ability to deliver complex, technically driven initiatives.

Demonstrated ability to work in digital transformation or large-scale system implementation programs.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to leverage data insights to drive decisions and improve outcomes.

Comfortable navigating ambiguity and complexity in a matrixed, global organization.

Able to work collaboratively across organizational boundaries and leadership levels.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

High attention to detail, with strong ownership and accountability mindset.

Education:

Preferred Qualifications:

5+ years of experience in the semiconductor industry, manufacturing, or global supplier.

Relevant project management certifications such as PMP, CAPM, Scrum Master, or PRINCE2; or 5+ years of related experience in project management or program management.

Proficiency in JIRA, ADO, Power BI and SharePoint.

PLM/PDM and CAD background preferred, with familiarity supporting product lifecycle, engineering data, design release, change management, or related digital thread processes
