You manage and drive supplier risk and performance initiatives across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Foster cross-functional relationships and engage stakeholders to drive adoption of Supplier Management projects.
• Problem-solve, innovate, and optimize supplier risk and performance management processes.
• Conduct research and analysis to identify root causes and develop resource-optimized solutions for tooling and workflows.
• Develop and deliver communications and training to inform stakeholders about supplier management tools and processes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and implement process improvements.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in sourcing, supplier management, supply chain, or third-party risk management.
• Experience balancing multiple initiatives concurrently.
• Experience in process/project management or consulting.
• Experience evaluating, developing, and implementing supplier risk and performance management solutions.
• Procurement systems, processes, and tools experience.
• Experience driving change and improving end-to-end processes.
• Project Management skills.
