Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and manage projects across the full lifecycle from initiation through closure.
- Define project scope, milestones, timelines, dependencies, and resource plans.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders and external clients for assigned projects.
- Track and manage project risks, issues, and change requests with timely escalation.
- Facilitate project kick-offs, status meetings, and governance reviews.
- Ensure adherence to project management methodologies, documentation standards, and controls.
- Provide accurate and timely project status reporting to senior management and stakeholders.
- Drive continuous improvement in delivery efficiency, execution discipline, and customer satisfaction.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong project planning and execution skills
- Proven stakeholder and client management capability
- Risk and issue management expertise
- Experience with Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid delivery models
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and documentation skills
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives effectively
