You will manage non-IT programs by coordinating cross-functional teams and overseeing project lifecycles.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate projects, conduct meetings, and run project-related work groups.
• Report project statuses and present formal proposals to stakeholders.
• Analyze resource needs, market demand, and project specifications.
• Consult with clients to define and refine project requirements.
• Manage employee recruitment and oversee team management tasks.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in project management.
• Proven experience in analytics.
• Experience with privacy and/or third-party risk compliance.
• Proficiency in MS Project, Visio, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Solid understanding of production processes and business management principles.
• Demonstrated problem-solving and leadership abilities.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• PMI or PMP certification.
