Description

You will manage Medicaid and HIE APD projects to ensure delivery within schedule, budget, scope, and resource constraints.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate across multiple teams to schedule requirements gathering, workgroups, SOW reviews, design reviews, UAT, and demos.
• Maintain project documentation including SOPs, workflows, project plans, budgets, reports, and meeting minutes.
• Communicate with partners at SAS, NCDHHS, and payer/provider organizations to align on shared project plans.
• Work with the HIEA Program Manager to identify and manage ecosystem dependencies.
• Monitor agency objectives, legislation, governance, and funding deadlines to ensure project alignment.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience in project management and task tracking.
• 3+ years of experience in scheduling and facilitation.
• 3+ years of experience in Healthcare IT, Medicaid, or APD projects.
• 5+ years of experience creating SOPs, process diagrams, project plans, and reports.
• Proficiency in Jira.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, Teams, Project, Visio).
• Proficiency in SharePoint and Confluence.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate qualification.
