Manage IT system implementations and project delivery within the telecom sector, ensuring alignment with business objectives and regulatory standards.

Responsibilities

• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables while developing detailed schedules and resource allocation plans.
• Oversee IT system implementations, including OSS/BSS integration, CRM, billing, and ERP applications.
• Act as the primary liaison between IT teams and telecom business units, communicating status, risks, and issues to senior management.
• Identify potential risks, develop mitigation strategies, and conduct post-project evaluations to capture lessons learned.
• Ensure all project deliverables meet quality standards and comply with telecom industry regulations.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of project management experience, with at least 3 years specifically in telecom IT projects.
• Strong knowledge of telecom systems, including OSS/BSS, billing, CRM, and ERP.
• Proficiency in project management tools such as MS Project, Jira, and Trello.
• Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Telecommunications, or a related field.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to coordinate cross-functional teams.

Preferred Skills

• PMP or Prince2 certification.
• Master’s degree in a relevant field.
