You will drive the strategy and execution of programs between the IT service team and the end-user community to ensure proper product delivery and consumption.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and the IT organization, translating requirements and feedback in both directions.
• Own the product lifecycle for an internal application designed to improve user adoption and experience.
• Moderate sessions and events to build brand presence, create impactful content, and monitor Microsoft 365 Suite adoption metrics.
• Manage customer issues, escalations, and administrative tasks to maintain program momentum.
• Foster a culture of collaboration and continuous learning within the team.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Project Management or Information Technology.
• Proven track record as a Product Owner or in stakeholder engagement.
• Deep technical understanding of the Microsoft 365 Suite capabilities.
• Experience with customer engagement methodologies and service lifecycle management.
• Strong background in Change Management and managing escalations.
• Excellent coordination, organizational, and presentation skills.
• Fluent in English; German proficiency is beneficial.

Preferred Skills

• Professional education or study in Project Management, IT, or Communications/Marketing.
• Experience building trusted brand presence through virtual and in-person events.
