Description

You will lead medium to large scale software development projects from inception through delivery.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Establish project scope, charters, schedules, and teams while participating in commercial planning.
• Develop and execute project work plans using Accolaade software.
• Lead project teams through structured communication, including stand-ups and multidisciplinary alignment meetings.
• Track milestones and provide regular status reports to stakeholders and project leadership.
• Manage conflicts arising from resource constraints, requirement changes, technical risks, or communication issues.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of overall professional experience.
• 10+ years of hands-on experience managing medium to large software development projects.
• 8 to 10 years of progressive IT experience supporting or developing applications on PC, Client/Server, Web, or Cloud platforms.
• 3 to 5 years of working knowledge with .NET technologies.
• 3 to 5 years of experience with Azure cloud technologies.
• Experience managing software development lifecycles.
• Ability to coordinate complex meetings across multidisciplinary teams.
