You will manage and coordinate multi-lingual website projects, ensuring content consistency and brand alignment across regions.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate web translation and localization projects across multiple languages and regions.
• Manage website management activities with a focus on localization and content integrity.
• Review intake tickets to verify accurate information for executing web requests.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and vendors to scope, schedule, and deliver localization tasks.
• Perform quality assurance reviews on web pages to ensure accuracy and brand alignment.

Required Skills

• 3–5 years of experience in project coordination, website management, or localization.
• Proven experience managing multi-lingual websites or coordinating content translation projects.
• Proficiency with project management tools, specifically Jira.
• Familiarity with CMS platforms, including AEM and WordPress.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills

• Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS.
• Experience coordinating website localization or translation projects.
