You drive enterprise-wide organizational change for strategic technology programs by defining and executing end-to-end change management strategies.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute change management strategies covering stakeholder engagement, communications, training, and adoption metrics.
• Partner with executives, program teams, and functional leaders to enable smooth transitions.
• Maximize user adoption and ensure measurable business readiness across global initiatives.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience driving organizational change.
• Experience with ERP/CRM Transformations (SAP, Salesforce, Oracle).
• Proficiency in Agile/Waterfall Delivery methodologies.
• Skills in Stakeholder Engagement and Executive Communications.
• Experience with Business Readiness & Training.
• Familiarity with Change Impact Assessment.

Preferred Skills

• Any Graduate education.
