Description

You manage the lifecycle of key data scanning tools, from onboarding and implementation through to sunsetting and Business As Usual (BAU) transition.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Finalize project roadmaps and manage the onboarding of new sensitive data scanning tools.
• Lead the transition to Business As Usual (BAU) following tool implementation.
• Plan the sunsetting or offboarding of existing tools, engaging multiple lines of business.
• Manage dependencies, risks, issues, and action items across the project team.
• Influence stakeholders across the organization without direct authority.

Required Skills

• Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, covering both waterfall and Agile methodologies.
• Proficiency in MS Project and Jira.
• Strong organizational and program management skills.
• Ability to manage project scope, objectives, requirements, and deliverables across stakeholders.
• Skills in identifying, tracking, escalating, and resolving issue conflicts.
• Experience managing risks, dependencies, and impact analysis.
• Ability to work with ambiguity while driving progress.
