Description

You will manage complex, multi-year projects from initiation through closure.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives.
• Analyze project requirements and develop actionable solutions for technical and operational issues.
• Build and maintain working relationships across various business groups.
• Communicate project status, risks, and changes clearly through written and verbal channels.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of overall project management experience.
• 2+ years managing large, complex, multi-year projects.
• Thorough knowledge of PMBOK practices, including cost, risk, resource, and change control.
• Thorough knowledge of Agile Project Management methodologies.
• Advanced proficiency with the Microsoft suite (Outlook, SharePoint, Word, Excel, Project, Visio).
• Intermediate knowledge of the Atlassian Tool Suite.
• Intermediate knowledge of Salesforce technology.

Preferred Skills

• PMP certification.
• Agile or Scrum Master certifications.
• Business knowledge of IV-D and Child Support Enforcement.
