Description

You will own the full project lifecycle, driving initiatives from initiation through operational handover.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Establish and manage the complete project record, including detailed schedules, approved budgets, and Level of Effort.
• Lead requirements gathering workshops to capture business and technical needs for the project schedule.
• Build and present the finalized Project Plan, ensuring alignment with scope, budget, and timeline.
• Plan and lead Project Kickoffs, establishing meeting cadences to proactively manage RAID items.
• Drive execution monitoring, track project health, and manage change control via CAB requests.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of progressive IT Project Management experience.
• Deep knowledge of Project Management Life Cycles (PMLC) and stage-gate governance.
• Experience with formal project estimation principles and cost tracking.
• Strong understanding of IT domains, including ERP, Cloud/Security, and Legacy Modernization.
• Proficiency with Agile Methodology and Jira.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Css, Javascript, Html, Java, Mysql, Selenium, Automation Testing, and Sql.
