Description

You will manage end-to-end delivery for small to moderately complex projects, ensuring alignment with scope, schedule, and budget.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate cross-functional teams, facilitating collaboration among internal staff, matrix managers, and client representatives.
• Track milestones, deliverables, and metrics using project management tools and reporting systems.
• Identify project risks and issues, developing mitigation recommendations and escalating as necessary.
• Prepare project status updates, dashboards, and reports for stakeholders.
• Maintain project documentation, including schedules, risks, issues, and change requests.

Required Skills

• 3-5 years of project management experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Project and general project management methodologies.
• Experience with Governance and adherence to CMMI standards.
• Demonstrated ability in problem-solving and analytical thinking.
• Familiarity with Health Care and Medicaid programs.
• Competency in managing project deliverables and tracking metrics.
• Ability to manage multiple small to moderately complex initiatives.
