You will manage project execution and drive outcomes across complex business and IT initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Track project progress, monitor schedules, and provide status updates to the team.
• Manage scope creep and deliver minimum viable products.
• Break down complex tasks into sequenced, actionable work items.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and priorities throughout the project lifecycle.
• Improve portfolio, project, and program management processes through insight and knowledge.

Required Skills

• 8+ years experience in Project Management.
• 8+ years experience working within a project governance structure (methodology, templates, reporting).
• 8+ years experience managing stakeholder expectations and priorities.
• 8+ years extensive experience planning, managing, and tracking multiple major impact projects.
• 8+ years strong process development skills, including documenting and formalizing procedures.
• 8+ years strong process and gap analysis skills.
• 8+ years excellent project management skills, managing multiple tasks with changing priorities cross-functionally.
• 8+ years experience gathering and documenting business requirements with business users.
• 6+ years demonstrating ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
