Responsibilities

• Facilitate project planning and execution to meet client expectations.
• Implement IBM Design Thinking and DevOps practices within the SDLC.
• Analyze client business needs to recommend effective digital marketing solutions.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in project management.
• Deep understanding of Agile, DevOps, Scrum, SAFe, and LeSS frameworks.
• Experience with IBM Design Thinking and SDLC.
• Ability to balance strategic thinking with detailed execution.
• Strong client-facing skills to understand business and industry needs.
• Graduate degree in any discipline.
