Own and operate the NASE intake management process end-to-end: triage, backlog hygiene, prioritization, assignment, aging follow-up, and closure validation.
Facilitate weekly intake triage and aging reviews; define and document disposition decisions — Accept, Defer, Redirect, or Close — with clear rationale for each.
Apply directive mapping to align every open intake ticket with a strategic program area such as Tools Consolidation, Tier 1 / Manual Task Automation, Zero-Touch Deployment, Zero Downtime, Autonomous Network Operations, L4 Operations, or OSS Modernization.
Maintain required fields across all Jira tickets: owner, priority, strategic directive, LOE estimate and confidence level, next action, last updated date, and closure outcome.
Publish and maintain a live intake health dashboard tracking aging, ownerless tickets, priority gaps, and demand volume by strategic directive — for operational, stakeholder, and leadership audiences.
Facilitate biweekly stakeholder office hours to clarify requests, validate pain points, set expectations, and reduce ad hoc side-channel escalation.
Prepare monthly portfolio alignment summaries and quarterly leadership readouts segmented by FaultIQ, OSS/DAS/SeGW scope, and Portfolio Planning priorities.
Drive closure outcome validation: confirm whether completed tickets Met, Exceeded, or fell short of expectations — and surface recurring patterns for continuous improvement.
Proactively identify misaligned, capricious, or last-minute requests; facilitate candid stakeholder conversations about scope, feasibility, timing, and viability.
Serve as the operational backbone for intake and product owners, enabling them to focus on architecture, strategy, and delivery rather than queue management.
Use AI-assisted tools to accelerate reporting, meeting documentation, dashboard maintenance, and backlog triage.
Required Skills:
Proven experience managing technology intake, demand management, or portfolio operations in a fast-paced engineering or telecom environment.
Proficiency with Jira or an equivalent issue-tracking platform — including backlog management, custom fields, dashboards, filter configuration, and workflow design.
Experience standing up and facilitating governance cadences: triage reviews, aging reviews, stakeholder forums, and executive readouts.
Strong consultative communication skills: ability to ask the right questions, surface tradeoffs clearly, and help leadership make faster and better-informed decisions.
Demonstrated ability to drive accountability without micromanagement — setting clear expectations, following through, and enforcing closure discipline.
Comfort operating in ambiguity: able to take an undefined or broken process and create structure that teams and stakeholders actually use and trust.
Experience with Agile, Kanban, or hybrid delivery models in a technology or infrastructure organization.
Strong written communication: able to produce concise, leadership-ready summaries, dashboards, and status updates without over-engineering the process.
Ability to work independently, manage multiple concurrent workstreams, and escalate blockers promptly and clearly.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in a telecommunications, network engineering, or infrastructure technology organization.
Familiarity with network operations concepts: RAN, OSS, DAS, field operations tooling, or network event management.
Experience using AI-assisted productivity tools applied to project management workflows — meeting summaries, reporting automation, backlog triage, or dashboard generation.
PMP, PMI-ACP, SAFe, or equivalent certification.
Experience designing or rebuilding intake or demand management processes from scratch, including guided intake forms and triage models.
Familiarity with portfolio strategy frameworks and linking demand intake to organizational strategic goals.
Experience supporting or operating within a PMO or as a PMO adjunct embedded in a product or engineering organization.
Exposure to multi-stakeholder environments with competing priorities across technical, operational, and leadership audiences
