Key Responsibilities

• Manage healthcare claims and data exchange projects.
• Work with NC Medicaid, HIEA, vendors, payers, and state agencies.
• Oversee vendor implementation and ensure contractual requirements are met.
• Create and manage project plans, scope, schedule, requirements, risks, and changes.
• Coordinate UAT, requirements, technical issues, and issue resolution.
• Track project progress and provide regular updates on risks, blockers, and decisions.
• Manage multiple HMS workstreams and ensure successful technical implementation.

Required Experience

• 7+ years: Healthcare claims expertise, requirements, technical impact analysis, and UAT issue resolution.
• 7+ years: Project management and vendor implementation oversight.
• 5+ years: Project planning, scope, schedule, risks, requirements, communication, and change management.
• 3+ years: Project status reporting, risk/blocker tracking, and stakeholder communication
