Description

You will lead complex, cross-functional projects within financial services, capital markets, or investment banking environments. You own the full project lifecycle, from scope definition to delivery, ensuring alignment between business and technology stakeholders.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and deliverables for technology transformation and system implementation initiatives.
• Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), system integration, and deployment activities across trading, risk, or post-trade platforms.
• Lead cross-functional teams using Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid methodologies to support regulatory, compliance, and reporting initiatives.
• Drive stakeholder management and executive reporting, ensuring clear communication of project status and risks.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of Project Management experience within Financial Services, Capital Markets, or Investment Banking.
• Strong understanding of capital markets products, trading operations, and trade lifecycle processes.
• Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Microsoft Project.
• Experience utilizing Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid delivery methodologies.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, Economics, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, Scrum, SAFe, or related Project Management certifications.
• MBA or other advanced degree in a relevant field.
• Experience supporting Fixed Income, Equities, FX, Derivatives, or other Capital Markets products.
