Description

You will lead the planning, execution, and delivery of enterprise healthcare interoperability projects.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, resources, risks, and dependencies throughout the lifecycle.
• Partner with business stakeholders, technical teams, leadership, and external vendors to ensure success.
• Drive delivery using Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies as appropriate.
• Facilitate governance, status reporting, and executive updates.
• Oversee implementation of interoperability solutions utilizing FHIR APIs and healthcare data exchange standards.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of Program and/or Project Management experience.
• Strong healthcare payer industry experience.
• Proven experience managing projects involving FHIR, healthcare interoperability, APIs, and healthcare data exchange technologies.
• Strong knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid project delivery methodologies.
• Experience managing vendor relationships and third-party partners.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and professional experience.

Preferred Skills

• PMP certification.
• Agile certification (CSM, SAFe, PMI-ACP, or equivalent).
• Experience supporting healthcare regulatory and interoperability programs.
