Description

You will manage complex, multi-year projects end-to-end to deliver business outcomes on time and within budget.

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed project plans covering scope, schedule, cost, resources, assumptions, and dependencies for large-scale initiatives.
• Manage scope changes by analyzing their impact on future tasks and adjusting project plans and communications accordingly.
• Act as the first responder to project risks, exposures, and glitches, recommending solutions or escalating to supervisors.
• Negotiate resource requirements with management to resolve priority conflicts and interface with senior management and client executives.
• Delegate work to professional and support staff while mentoring and coaching junior team members.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in project management.
• Proven ability to manage highly complex, broad, and multi-year projects.
• Experience developing high-quality project plans for large-scale requirements.
• Strong ability to navigate intricate business requirements and explore complex solutions.
• Expertise in project planning tools and relevant business domain functionality.
• Experience managing stakeholder relationships at the executive level.
• Bachelor's degree or any graduate degree.
