Description

You will manage the full project lifecycle from scope definition through delivery within complex, ambiguous environments.

Responsibilities

• Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, schedules, and timelines.
• Identify, track, and document risks and issues while implementing mitigation strategies.
• Lead teams by removing roadblocks, holding members accountable, and managing vendor relationships.
• Facilitate meetings, distribute progress reports, and communicate plan deviations.
• Translate technical and design tasks into actionable project plans for non-technical stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in project planning, management, and risk mitigation.
• 5+ years of experience in team management and building collaborative environments.
• Expertise in PPM tools such as Monday.com.
• Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Office Suite, Miro, and Visio.
• Experience managing projects using Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid, Scrum, or Kanban methodologies.
• Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and resolve conflicts among diverse stakeholders.
• Proven capability to navigate ambiguous work environments and maintain strict confidentiality.
• Strong skills in identifying unexpressed dependencies and requirements.

Preferred Skills

• PMI Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
• Experience with SiteCore, Salesforce, MuleSoft, Azure, Power Platform, ForgeRock, or Google Analytics.
• 3+ years of leadership experience.
