You will plan, execute, and finalize HR-related projects within strict deadlines and budgets.

Responsibilities

• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables while developing detailed plans with timelines and resource allocation.
• Monitor project progress and adjust plans as necessary to meet milestones.
• Lead project teams, assign tasks, and facilitate meetings to ensure clear communication and collaboration.
• Identify key stakeholders, manage expectations, and provide regular status reports and presentations to leadership.
• Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies throughout the project lifecycle.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in project planning and management.
• Proven ability in team coordination and task assignment.
• Experience in stakeholder management and client presentation.
• Strong risk management and mitigation strategy development.
• Ability to create and tailor presentations for leadership and clients.
• Experience managing third-party contractors or consultants.
