Description

You manage the lifecycle of technical projects from initiation through deployment.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects from assignment through implementation.
• Drive change management and process improvements across teams.
• Collaborate with Executive Leadership and Scrum Teams.
• Oversee work management and mentor development teams.

Required Skills

• 5-7+ years of experience in tech or software development projects.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Working knowledge of Java.
• Working knowledge of UNIX.
• Working knowledge of SQL, specifically with Oracle DB.
• Experience applying Agile Methodologies.
• Must be US-based and have resided in the US for the last 5 years.
