Description

You will manage the complete project life cycle from scoping and assessment through to final delivery.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end project lifecycle, including scoping, resource planning, and schedule establishment.
• Manage project budgets, track actuals, and generate financial forecasts.
• Direct diverse stakeholders across multiple geographical regions to ensure alignment with business needs.
• Identify and mitigate risks, manage change requests, and resolve project issues promptly.
• Coordinate vendor activities, including evaluating proposals and supporting the procurement of third-party products and services.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of project management experience.
• Proven experience developing and delivering RFIs and RFPs.
• Working knowledge of IAM and GxP environments.
• Experience managing complex project budgets and resource allocation.
• Ability to manage vendor relationships and third-party procurement.
• Experience working with end-users to resolve technical or business issues.
• Degree in any field.
