Description

Lead end-to-end project management for Finance BRIM (Billing and Revenue Innovation Management) SAP initiatives.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, implementation, and execution of Finance projects to ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Implement SAFe practices to manage large-scale projects and foster alignment across cross-functional teams.
• Develop detailed execution plans covering resource allocation, budget management, change control, testing, and documentation.
• Conduct risk assessments and execute mitigation strategies to maintain project predictability.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of recent project or program management experience.
• 4+ years of experience running large-scale IT projects in an enterprise environment.
• Extensive experience with Agile methodologies, specifically Scrum and SAFe.
• Proven track record managing Finance-specific implementations or SAP BRIM projects.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent projects and cross-functional teams.
• Strong skills in risk mitigation, negotiation, and conflict resolution.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Master’s degree in a relevant field.
• PMP certification or equivalent project management credential.
