Description

Lead software development projects and manage migrations during company acquisitions.

Responsibilities

• Manage project tasks, risks, and issues from kick-off to go-live.
• Develop project plans, contingency strategies, and mitigation plans.
• Facilitate effort estimation, solution design, and decision-making with business partners.
• Coordinate with software developers, interface engineers, infrastructure teams, and third-party partners.
• Prepare user training approaches in collaboration with analysts and business partners.

Required Skills

• Proven experience managing software development or infrastructure projects at a consultant level.
• Experience implementing ERP systems or web-delivered applications.
• Direct experience leading projects involving code development and configurations.
• Understanding of the full software development lifecycle (SDLC).
• Experience with data conversions and migrating data/infrastructure.
• Knowledge of core business functions including Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Cash Receipts, Sales, Purchasing, and General Ledger.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Ability to lead, mentor, and evaluate teams.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Dealership functions, Rentals, Fleet Service, Vehicle sales, or Parts sales counter processes.
