Description

Lead complex IT projects covering hardware rollouts, application implementations, and asset management.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage full project lifecycles including scope, budget, work breakdown structures, and scheduling.
• Execute large-scale hardware replacement rollouts, specifically managing modem deployments in retail environments.
• Oversee application implementations involving web development, website infrastructure, SaaS, and mobile integrations.
• Develop mitigation plans for unexpected challenges and maintain risk registers, status reports, and project documentation.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in project management.
• Deep expertise in IT Asset Management (ITAM) frameworks and best practices.
• Proven track record managing hardware replacement rollouts and modem deployments.
• Experience managing application implementations across SaaS, mobile, and web infrastructure.
• Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, MS Project, and SharePoint.
• Strong knowledge of Agile, Kanban, Scrum, and hybrid project management methodologies.
• Familiarity with cybersecurity and Zero Trust best practices.
• Ability to communicate technical issues to executive leadership, product managers, and technical teams.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working within a Crown corporation.
• Background in the gambling industry.
