Description

Manage the full project lifecycle from initiation through to closure and handover.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Draft project charters, plans, timelines, and lifecycle documentation.
• Conduct business analysis including current and future state analysis to develop business cases and solution recommendations.
• Facilitate project governance, including steering committees, gating materials, and project delivery committee agendas.
• Manage project resources, budgets, and external vendor support to ensure milestones are met on time and within scope.
• Lead stakeholder engagement, change management, and regular status reporting to executive sponsors.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of project management experience.
• Proven experience in project initiation and planning.
• Ability to develop comprehensive business cases and conduct business analysis.
• Experience facilitating project governance and defining governance structures.
• Strong project leadership skills for managing teams and resolving complex clinical or business challenges.
• Competency in workshop facilitation for requirement gathering and solution definition.
• Experience with budget tracking, reviews, and managing change requests.
• Ability to apply IMITS standards and Project Quality and Transformation Office best practices.

• Any Graduate degree.
