Description

You will lead diverse project teams through Waterfall, Agile, and Hybrid lifecycles to deliver value to internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate vendors, consultants, and IT/business staff to execute projects and related procurements.
• Oversee the development of proposals, statements of work, statements of requirements, and RFP responses.
• Manage project budget, task lists, schedules, risks, and resource allocation.
• Track and communicate project progress regarding schedule, cost, and risk to stakeholders.
• Monitor third-party vendor progress using defined metrics.

Required Skills

• PMP certification through PMI or VITAs PM certification (no other certifications qualify).
• 5+ years of experience in project management.
• Proven experience managing cloud-hosted SaaS implementation projects.
• Expertise in both Agile and Waterfall methodologies and hybrid environments.
• Experience leading business and IT resources through requirements discovery and documentation.
• Deep understanding of the software development life cycle (SDLC).
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, Access, Outlook, Visio, PowerPoint, and Project Server.

Preferred Skills

• Strong ability to analyze and document system processes and process engineering techniques.
