You manage multiple simultaneous IT projects, applying Agile, PMP, and RUP methodologies to deliver within scope and timelines.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple simultaneous IT projects and deadlines.
• Coordinate stakeholders and manage expectations across projects.
• Apply Agile, PMP, and RUP methodologies to project execution.
• Oversee project delivery within defined scopes and timelines.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in IT project management.
• 3+ years experience in Scrum Master or Agile Project Manager roles.
• Proficiency with Agile methodologies and tools like Jira or Trello.
• Certification in PMP or CSM required.
• Solid understanding of software development lifecycles and IT systems.
• Strong negotiation and stakeholder management abilities.
• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, Business, or related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience managing large-scale IT infrastructure or software development projects.
• Experience working in a hybrid Agile/Waterfall environment.
