Description

You will lead end-to-end delivery of Maximo transformation programs, managing greenfield implementations and stakeholder governance.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of Maximo transformation programs and greenfield implementations.
• Manage project plans, milestones, dependencies, and resource planning.
• Drive alignment across business, technical teams, and vendors.
• Oversee systems integration, data migration, and testing (SIT/UAT).
• Handle risks, scope changes, budget forecasting, and governance meetings.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of project management experience.
• Strong expertise in IBM Maximo (EAM) implementations.
• Proven track record with greenfield program delivery.
• Skilled in stakeholder and governance management.
• Experience in systems integration and data migration.
• Competent in risk, issue, and vendor management.
• Proficient in budget management and change management.
• Experience leading go-live and hypercare support.
