Description

Own end-to-end delivery of AI and technology projects using hybrid Agile and traditional planning.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Define project scope, success criteria, and budget alignment to ensure on-time delivery within financial targets.
• Build and maintain hybrid project plans combining iterative sprints with structured milestones and resource planning.
• Coordinate team capacity, skills, and cross-functional workflows to ensure smooth execution and clear responsibility assignment.
• Proactively identify risks, drive mitigation strategies, and manage issues to maintain transparency and alignment.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies, manage project artifacts, and conduct post-project evaluations for continuous improvement.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Project Management, specifically managing AI and technology projects.
• Strong proficiency in Agile methodologies (Scrum) and hybrid delivery frameworks.
• Proven ability to lead complex projects from initiation to delivery, including planning, budgeting, and risk management.
• Experience with resource management and capacity planning across multiple workstreams.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills for cross-functional collaboration.
• Ability to translate governance policies into actionable workflows for technical teams.

Preferred Skills

• Understanding of software development lifecycles, system architecture, and integration principles.
• Experience managing global, complex, cross-functional technology projects.
• Ability to organize and facilitate training for users of implemented AI solutions.
