Description

You will lead complex business online banking implementations and platform migrations for small to mid-sized banks.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain detailed project plans, milestones, timelines, risks, and dependencies.
• Partner with cross-functional banking teams to ensure successful platform migration and delivery execution.
• Coordinate vendor communications and establish effective project governance frameworks.
• Lead business readiness activities and oversee Small Business and Commercial customer migration waves.
• Ensure successful implementation while maintaining regulatory compliance and delivery excellence.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of Project Management experience in regulated banking environments.
• Proven success delivering Q2 Business Online Banking Implementations.
• Experience working with small to mid-sized banks (no large banks).
• Expertise managing complex projects involving multiple dependencies, vendor management, and technology integrations.
• Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

Preferred Skills

• Q2 Digital Banking Platform Implementation experience.
• Background in banking digital transformation projects.
