Description

Lead technology initiatives across warehouse and distribution operations, bridging IT and operations to drive system implementations, automation, and process improvements.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end IT projects including WMS, WCS, automation, and integrations.
• Coordinate with stakeholders, vendors, and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment.
• Drive project delivery using Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Oversee system upgrades, go-lives, and continuous improvement cycles.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of IT Project Management experience.
• Hands-on experience with WMS/WCS platforms such as SAP EWM, Blue Yonder, or Manhattan.
• Strong stakeholder communication and documentation skills.
• Proficiency with project management tools like Jira, Confluence, and MS Project.
• Experience managing complex system integrations and automation projects.
