Description

You will manage field inventory teams conducting physical IT asset audits and device upgrades across multiple New York City locations.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute field inventory operations, including resource allocation and staff induction.
• Direct operations staff to ensure successful completion of asset management and inventory tasks.
• Coordinate site visits by confirming staff availability and client site access.
• Communicate project progress, performance, and decisions to clients through regular status updates and meetings.
• Oversee team performance to ensure all SLAs are met and customer service standards are maintained.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of leadership experience as a manager or supervisor.
• Experience leading teams in a field operations or project environment.
• Operational knowledge of compute devices including desktops, laptops, and tablets.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel, Outlook, and Teams.
• Strong oral and written communication skills with a focus on customer service.
• Ability to travel to various worksites throughout the five boroughs up to 20% of the time.
• Ability to pass an extensive pre-employment background check, including fingerprinting and criminal history.
• Must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 and adhere to CDC guidelines.

Preferred Skills

• Working knowledge of Intune, ServiceNow, CRM, or ERP systems.
• Experience using iOS or Android compatible mobile scanners.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or Management.
