Description

You will lead enterprise infrastructure and cloud implementation projects from initiation to completion.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage onshore and offshore teams to deliver custom solutions and infrastructure projects.
• Adapt project management methodologies based on project size, complexity, and team requirements.
• Host technical and leadership meetings with engineers, management, and C-level executives.
• Drive continual process improvement and steer projects through technical infrastructure and cloud domains.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience implementing enterprise infrastructure projects and custom solutions.
• 5-10 years of recent experience as a Scrum Master applying agile principles in transformation environments.
• PMP or CSM certification is required.
• Experience in the P&C insurance industry.
• Knowledge of Cloud domains, specifically Oracle Cloud or GCP.
• Proficiency with MS Project, Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Preferred Skills

• Experience using Planview, Jira, or ServiceNow.
• Direct experience managing cloud-specific projects.
