Description

You will plan, execute, and govern enterprise IT projects and programs to ensure delivery of approved scope, schedule, budget, and quality outcomes.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Execute projects in alignment with PMO strategies, policies, and procedures.
• Develop and maintain integrated project plans, schedules, budgets, and risk registers.
• Monitor progress, dependencies, resource usage, and financial performance.
• Identify, manage, and escalate risks and issues to maintain project momentum.
• Facilitate governance reviews and provide clear status reporting to stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in IT project management or program leadership.
• Strong project leadership and execution skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination abilities.
• Proven experience managing complex, cross-functional IT projects.
• Ability to proactively identify risks and resolve issues.
• Fluent English communication (read, write, verbal).
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.

Preferred Skills

• Master’s degree in Information Technology or Business Administration.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent.
• Experience in healthcare, medical devices, biotech, or regulated environments.
