Description

You will serve as the primary point of contact for the Government, managing the content and quality of all work performed under this contract.

Responsibilities

• Own the management, content, and quality of work delivered under the contract or task order.
• Coordinate with Government representatives daily to ensure project alignment.
• Direct staff to perform successfully across all project objectives.
• Manage project tasks and coordinate employees across various labor categories and skill sets.
• Maintain clear and effective oral and written communication in English.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience leading and managing software development projects using agile methodologies.
• 5+ years of experience managing and facilitating team efforts within Time and Material/Labor Hour or Firm-Fixed-Price environments for Federal agencies.
• Bachelor's degree in an appropriate field for managing the scope of work.
• Program Management industry certifications.
• Agile/DevOps industry certifications.
• Cloud Architecture industry certifications.
• Working knowledge of all project objectives to direct staff effectively.
• Ability to maintain an appropriate security clearance as prescribed by contract requirements.
