Lead technical programs and projects for financial and data warehouse modernization, defining technology direction and standards.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical programs, defining technology direction and standards for data platforms.
• Architect data structures (data marts, warehouses, lakes) to support predictive analytics and machine learning.
• Manage migrations of custom applications to AWS, Oracle, Microsoft, and Google.
• Direct contract operation support and manage distributed teams across multiple locations.
• Maintain senior client interfaces to formulate task plans and ensure schedule and cost conformance.

Required Skills

• 16+ years of experience in progressive consulting leadership roles within enterprise environments.
• 16+ years of experience managing the entire project lifecycle, including coordination and prioritization.
• Hands-on experience with Atlassian Jira and Confluence.
• Proven experience managing migrations to AWS, Oracle, and Microsoft environments.
• Ability to architect enterprise-wide data modeling and implementation strategies.
• Expertise in reviewing architecture, technical strategy documents, and functional specifications.
• Proven track record in managing complex, interrelated project tasks and contract operations.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Google Cloud Platform migrations.
• Background in financial systems modernization.
