Required Qualifications
•    10+ years of project management experience
•    5+ years managing SharePoint, M365, and Power Platform projects
•    Proven experience delivering large-scale enterprise portals and intranets
•    Strong proficiency in hybrid Agile and waterfall methodologies
•    Experience managing distributed onshore-offshore teams
•    Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
Technical & Domain Expertise
•    Strong knowledge of SharePoint Online, M365, and Power Platform delivery lifecycles
•    Familiarity with Copilot integration and AI delivery patterns
•    Understanding of WCAG 2.1 AA compliance and accessibility delivery
•    Proficiency in MS Project, Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, Power BI
