Description

You will lead the delivery of large-scale enterprise portals, intranets, and M365 solutions using hybrid Agile and waterfall methodologies.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Manage distributed onshore-offshore teams to deliver SharePoint Online, M365, and Power Platform projects.
• Oversee project lifecycles using MS Project, Jira, Azure DevOps, and Confluence to ensure timely execution.
• Integrate Copilot and AI delivery patterns while ensuring strict WCAG 2.1 AA accessibility compliance.
• Identify and mitigate risks proactively, maintaining calm decision-making under pressure.
• Drive collaboration and communication across technical and business stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of project management experience in enterprise environments.
• 5+ years specifically managing SharePoint, M365, and Power Platform deliveries.
• Proficiency in hybrid Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Strong command of MS Project, Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, and Power BI.
• Experience with Copilot integration and AI delivery patterns.
• Deep understanding of WCAG 2.1 AA compliance standards.
• Proven ability to lead distributed onshore-offshore teams.

Preferred Skills

• PMP®, CSM, SAFe® Agilist, or PMI-ACP® certifications.
• Microsoft Certified: Project Fundamentals or ITIL® Foundation.
