Description

You manage multifaceted projects related to Air Conditioning Systems, working with Mechanical, Electrical, Software Engineers, and Product Managers to adhere to the Time-to-Market process.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects according to the TTM Project Management Process.
• Define project scope, deliverables, budget, resources, timeline, and risks in a full project plan.
• Identify critical path items and mitigate risks to keep the project on track.
• Coordinate cross-division tasks to meet product development deliverables.
• Lead technical decisions and align project team efforts.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Project Management.
• Experience defining project requirements and deliverables.
• Ability to update stakeholders on project status and escalations.
• Experience in coordinating testing plans with product development.
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Electrical Engineering.
• Familiarity with project planning, budgeting, and resource allocation.

Preferred Skills

• Certified PMP.
• Experience in Waterfall, Agile, and Hybrid methodologies.
• Full-cycle project ownership experience in the HVAC industry.
