Description

You will manage the end-to-end installation process to drive customer satisfaction and process productivity.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary liaison between customers and internal project teams.
• Execute project implementation by identifying customer deliverables and coordinating contract resources.
• Develop project timelines and track equipment delivery, installation, testing, and milestone completion.
• Communicate progress through project kick-offs, regular status updates, and formal project closure.
• Identify and resolve issues affecting customer satisfaction or operational targets.

Required Skills

• Bachelor’s degree and minimum 5 years of Project Management experience, or Associate’s degree and minimum 8 years.
• Proven experience managing large-scale projects such as healthcare IT or equipment installations.
• Proficiency in Project Management and MS Project.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Office Applications including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities independently.
• Experience meeting strict deadlines on or ahead of schedule.
• Strong communication skills for interacting with diverse internal and external partners.

Preferred Skills

• Master's degree or Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
• Experience in clinical environments or the healthcare industry.
• Proficiency in Smartsheet, Task Ray, Six Sigma, or Lean methodology.
