You will lead project activities and teams to deliver system solutions that meet user needs.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage project activities, personnel, and successful delivery of system solutions.
• Identify user needs and develop conceptual requirements during the analysis phase.
• Coordinate development activities using formal SDLC methodologies.
• Develop systems phasing plans, integration requirements, and project status reports.
• Support the production environment by tracking management activities and addressing ongoing client needs.

Required Skills

• 8 to 12 years of professional experience.
• At least 2 years of professional consulting experience.
• At least 2 years of program or project management experience.
• Formal training in SDLC methodologies.
• Strong proficiency in Project Management and SDLC.
• Ability to analyze project proposals and develop systems integration requirements.
• Experience developing staffing plans and monitoring client production charges.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Information Services, or Computer Science.
