Description

You will lead IT projects from initiation through successful delivery.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, schedules, and status reports.
• Manage requirements, deliverables, tasks, risks, issues, and mitigation strategies.
• Oversee resource allocation and coordinate work across multi-functional teams.
• Align business units, technical teams, vendors, and support teams for execution.
• Drive adoption of process improvements and change management initiatives.

Required Skills

• 5+ years experience as an IT Project Manager leading technology-based initiatives.
• Strong understanding of project planning, risk management, and schedule tracking.
• Hands-on experience with project documentation, scope definition, and business process alignment.
• Ability to manage large cross-team environments with competing priorities.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Experience with PMO frameworks and program management.
