Description

You will manage project priorities and task execution across Salesforce development and Level 2 support teams.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Set and manage priorities for the Salesforce development and Level 2 support teams.
• Execute specific project tasks while managing multiple functional responsibilities.
• Coordinate workflows between technical teams to ensure timely project delivery.
• Apply Agile Project Management and PMO processes to streamline operations.
• Oversee CRM environments with a technical background in Salesforce ecosystems.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Project Management or Software Project Management.
• Hands-on Salesforce experience is required.
• At least one active Salesforce certification.
• Proficiency with Salesforce CRM, Opportunity Management, and Field Service.
• Experience with Salesforce.com Administration and Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Knowledge of Agile Project Management and PMO processes.

Preferred Skills

• Technical project management experience.
