Description

Manage the full project lifecycle from initiation through closing.

Responsibilities

• Execute project planning, controlling, and closing processes.
• Create and manage detailed project schedules using Microsoft Project.
• Facilitate formal issue and risk management processes.
• Coordinate multiple stakeholders and business units across the organization.
• Utilize analytical tools to track project progress and requirements.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of Project Management experience.
• 3+ years of experience using Microsoft Project for scheduling.
• 3+ years of experience managing technology software or application projects following a formal SDLC.
• 3+ years of experience with Microsoft Excel and Visio.
• 3+ years of experience facilitating formal issue and risk management.
• 3+ years of experience coordinating stakeholders and business units.
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited or government sanctioned college/university in a related field.
• Experience with MOTS, SaaS, Clarity, Jama, or Microfocus ALM.

Preferred Skills

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent.
• Experience in state and local government environments.
• Experience managing COTS, MOTS, or SaaS applications.
